Commission Agreement
By submitting a property for sale or lease on Verified Agents and Homes Ltd., the property owner agrees that Verified Agents and Homes Ltd. shall be entitled to a 5% commission of the agreed sale price or agreed lease value upon the successful completion of a transaction where the buyer or tenant was introduced through our platform or services.
The 5% commission shall be calculated based on the agreed sale price or lease value before the deduction or addition of taxes, statutory fees, stamp duties, registration fees, legal fees, agency fees, or any other charges, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The commission shall become due and payable immediately upon the successful completion of the sale or lease transaction.
The property owner further agrees not to bypass or circumvent Verified Agents and Homes Ltd. by completing a transaction directly with a buyer or tenant introduced through our platform or services for the purpose of avoiding the agreed commission.
Failure to pay the agreed commission may result in the removal of the property from our platform and any other remedies available under applicable law and our Terms and Conditions.
Seller’s Declaration
Before your property is approved for listing, you will be required to declare that:

You understand and accept our verification procedures.
